woo hoo! Great espresso in Quebec. This place is all about the coffee. They have almond milk for the dairy averse. The latte was perfect. I also tried a straight shot and the espresso was great.

Best place in the city to get your coffee, has a loyalty card also if you buy here all the time. Always has a special on the board that is affordable. Staff are always friendly.

Fantastic coffe and the best cappuccino in town! ☕I stopped by to get some work done from my laptop (the wifi was great). And the staff very friendly. My cappuccino was so well made (see pic). And the prices are great. This is indeed a great café!

Just like home! (Melbourne, Aus)Thanks for the great coffee, we tried a latte and v60 pour over. Both were excellent. Cup serving was generous. Space was warm, inviting and chilled. A great place to stop in when it is cold outside. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Really neat to see and smell the beans being roasted. Keep it up!

I discovered this coffee shop thanks to the Th3rd Wave app. They offer Chemex filter coffee instead of the usual one, if you want to. They have a large selection of coffee and the staff is knowledgeable to help you find one of your taste. If you're looking to buy a Chemex, Aeropress, filters, reusable cups you'll have a lot of choice here!

Best craft coffee in Quebec City!! I'm there everyday during my stay in Quebec. They have a wide variety of beans and do Chemex Brew for $5.25 :) You will never see that price anywhere else! The staff are super nice and friendly. I enjoy having my coffee there everyday. They also have a variety of pastries. Ive only tried their giant croissants and they are delicious!!Highly recommended when you're nearby. :)

This was the first pleasant interaction in English in Quebec city. The Americano was strong and fantastic taste, the cinnamon roll was great too.

This is hands down the best coffee shop in all of Quebec province. I paid $12 for similar coffee in Dubai. The filter coffee was delicate and robust with a very earthy aroma. Loved it. This place is a must visit for coffee aficionados.

Such a cute little coffee shop :) Really enjoyed sitting and working from here. Great service and AMAZING coffee!

I enjoyed my cappuccino there but wished they had coconut milk. I like the deco and the products they offer. Wished there was more table seating option but that might just be a personal preference.

Amongst the best coffees I ever had!

Cantook Micro-Roastery is quite amazing for such a small shop. Good quality coffee and pastries, try the Cherry Chocolate Cold Brew made in front of you, on the counter. Quite nice setting but intimate as well

Amazing cafe in Quebec City serving the best coffee I had during my two weeks in Quebec. Service was fantastic (as is generally the case in Quebec City) and the pastries were also fantastic. I would readily recommend this place to anyone staying in Montcalm and surrounds.

Exceptional coffee. Highly recommend Mousson Malabar for those who like a medium roast.

The best coffee I have had in Quebec City. I never has Americano so rich in taste, and their baristas know very well about the different kinds of beans and art of brewing. As soon as you enter the cafe, it smells heavenly for coffee lovers. Do drink their coffee and buy some of their beans to not miss it later.

Super cute local coffee shop! They have biodegradable (compostable) coffee lids and pasta instead of the regular plastic coffee sticks.Amazing coffee variety. Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful; they know their products very well.
Maksim Aleksandrov

The best coffee place in Canada! Very good coffee, products and very friendly staff. You have a German fan and I will come back soon again!

The best coffee shop in Quebec! Real cold brew is only here! Awesome cute little spot with authentic coffee beans. All local people are getting coffee from here.

Delicious coffee and friendly staff. I stop in every time I am in Quebec. Recommended!

Nice coffee shop that roasts their own coffee. The latte that I ordered was okay and did not give me a good taste of the espresso. I ordered a macchiato and was disappointed by the acidic espresso. Not to my personal taste.
Patrick Au-Yeung
Very intimate little coffee shop. You can get all sorts of coffee beans here, or you can order to sit in. Seats are comfortable and there are plenty of electrical outlets for your laptop. Really chilled vibe.
Edmond Keung

I really love everything about this cool brûlerier/coffee shop! The quality of their coffee is TOP, their latte art is wonderful and the staff is charming, very friendly. I came here regularly during my stay in this lovely city last summer and recommend Cantook to everyone who loves coffee! I highly recommend their cold brew, esp on a hot, summer day! It really hits the spot! The coffee shop is very cool and trendy, and the pastries are delicious!! I loved sitting outside and watching people walk by.

Adorable, cozy and welcoming cafe in the heart of Quebec City. They roast their own coffee beans and have quite a selection of reasonably-priced coffee beans take home and brew. The service is exquisitely friendly and helpful. The staff are passionate baristas who are happy to welcome customers and make them a perfect latte!

Best coffee around. I'm in love with their chaï latte. You can literally smell the difference when someone at the office buys their coffee from them. The staff is great too. I cannot recommend highly enough.

First of all, excellent coffee. And, like everywhere we've encountered in Quebec City, amazingly friendly staff. We asked to sample cascarra, and in addition to the generous sample, we got a knowledgeable explanation. Recommend!

Cozy little coffee shop with awesome barista and nice ambience. Really adore the wall arts.
Markus Dorner
Relaxing cafe with friendly staff and good coffee. Great for tea drinkers as well as you can pick from a variation of leaf teas.

One of the few places where you can get 3rd wave coffee; nice and welcoming little spot, coffee is good but try Mayflower if you can get there as it is not as accessible....
Mike Knapp
great selection of beans and reasonable prices. they roast their own beans too - so you get that fresh and lovely aroma when you walk in. would highly recommend

What's not to like? A great counter to sit at (if it looks too full to sit, check out the back of the counter where there are more seats available) and watch the constant flow of folks coming and going. While we were there, we were given great advice, good service and tasty hot drinks on a frigid day. Worth the walk.

I like the vibe here since I got in. I visited here in November last year.I first recommended that they roasted their own coffee beans. They are all nice and Jean-philippe was very helpful. He provided me beyond customer service than I expected, even I'm a foreigner. I feel welcomed. If it's not 8 hours (at least) from where I live and study, I would already become their regular customers. The communication was easy and friendly. I spent all Canadian cash that I have left for this trip here the last day before driving back. Thank you very much and I'll try to visit again :)

This is by far the best coffee in Quebec City and possibly in Canada. I recently moved to Toronto and still have not found anything better so I keep ordering my beans from Cantook about once a month. The staff is also very friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. Perfect place for coffee enthusiasts.
Monika Hickcox
Amazing place, super friendly staff, the best coffee by far in Quebec. Nice vibe and great music.
Angie Wimberly
Delicious coffee! Tons of bean options, looks like they roast in-house, love the merch, and friendly service.
Ugo Marceau
Very cool local coffee shop with a huge selections of roasts and origins. The staff is very nice and their pastries are a must. Not a lot of seating available though so may have to get the delicious drinks to go.

This is premier league of coffeeshops. Formula One. Seria A and every other top of the scale category you can think of. The coffee. The baked goods. The location. All is just good. Many varieties of coffee beans and a roaster. Ad hoc outdoor seating on the pavement gives it a feel of picnic.
